This annual day of giving celebrates our collective power to ignite innovation, fuel life-changing research, and brighten the future for countless students. During Big Give, contests and matches spark friendly competition, the hashtag #CalBigGive builds awareness and excitement, but it’s your dedication and generosity that truly shine as we empower Berkeley to change the world.

Get a head start on this year’s contests by checking out our 2025 contest preview, and learn about being a Big Give Ambassador with our You+2 program where, if you sign up as an Ambassador, make your own gift, and get two others to give through your unique URL, you’ll earn exclusive Cal swag.
