The Samuelson Law, Technology and Public Policy Clinic trains students through strategic opportunities in litigation, regulatory and legislative processes, and policy analysis. The clinic’s work focuses on three main areas: protecting civil liberties, ensuring a fair criminal justice system, and promoting balanced intellectual property laws and access to information policies. Students help represent public-interest clients to protect civil liberties, ensure a fair criminal justice system, and promote balanced intellectual property laws and access to information policies.
