Faculty, researchers, and students at the Berkeley Institute for Data Science (BIDS) seek new and creative ways to foster collaboration across a variety of research fields and methodologies.
BIDS brings together a broad range of constituents in the data science community, including domain experts from the life, social, and physical sciences as well as methodological experts from computer science, statistics, and applied mathematics.
