Jewish Studies Program

Your gift will support a vibrant area of study that includes Jewish literature, history, culture, art and tradition.

The Center for Jewish Studies gathers faculty, students, and visiting academics for teaching, research, and debate across the wide landscape of Jewish studies. The center is committed to educating students and the larger community about the richness, depth, and diversity of Jewish history, language, and culture, including current expressions of global antisemitism.

Your donation helps fund lectures and collaborations with faculty to bring exciting content to the Bay Area’s Jewish community. Your generosity will also support graduate students as they study to become faculty members at major national and international universities, ensuring the continuing education of future generations in Jewish Studies.
