The Center for Studies in Higher Education (CSHE) is the first research institute in the United States devoted to the study of higher education policy issues.
The CSHE’s mission is to foster a global community of scholars and leaders in higher education across California, the nation, and the world. By bringing multidisciplinary and multi-cultural perspectives, promoting policy-oriented discussions and conducting policy relevant research, we serve as a knowledge hub accessible to scholars, policy makers, and the public.
