Your contribution supports our efforts to create safe, healthy, dignified, and just workplaces for all workers.

We look at the effects of work on health and advance the principle that healthy jobs — paying a living wage, providing job security and benefits, protecting against hazards and harassment, having reasonable workloads, and engaging workers in the decisions that affect them — are a basic human right.

Your gift supports training, research, the documentation of safety hazards, and the development of policy solutions at the local, state, and national levels.
