Lawrence Hall of Science Outdoor Nature Lab Fund
Support a rich and inclusive learning environment combining outdoor learning experiences — including environmental education activities — with professional learning programs.
Located in a spectacular setting overlooking the San Francisco Bay, the Robert and Elizabeth Karplus Outdoor Nature Lab is a first-of-its-kind outdoor learning space. Visitors can deepen their connection with the natural environment through guided and self-driven experiences and explore larger environmental issues like invasive species, climate change, air quality, and the importance of pollinators.
