When you make a gift to this fund, you provide programmatic support for this successful model of practical dissemination of best practices and training to prevent and better manage heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, heart failure and SARS-CoV2 co-morbidities.
In the face of the pandemic, we provided a platform for frontline leaders to collaborate and help each other address the crisis. We remain devoted to Getting Toward Zero Preventable Heart Attacks, Strokes, and Diabetic Complications, which co-morbidities with COVID-19 have exacerbated.
Over 700 healthcare leaders, medical directors, frontline providers, academic and government experts, and patient and family advocates participated with us in 2020 to implement innovative and effective best practices on behalf of patients and families in need.
