At the Berkeley Institute for Data Science (BIDS), we facilitate data-intensive research for faculty, researchers, and students. They are actively seeking new and creative ways to engage and foster collaboration across a variety of research fields and methodologies.
We bring together a broad range of constituents in the data science community, including domain experts from the life, social, and physical sciences and methodological experts from computer science, statistics, and applied mathematics. Your contribution sustains and expands our interdisciplinary programs, as well as our efforts to put data science capabilities in everyone’s reach through open science and open source research software.
