When the Cal community unites, our student-athletes win. For three days, alumni, parents, and fans are teaming up to help their favorite programs secure the top spots on the leaderboards. Earn your spot on the roster and help your team claim a share of $42,000 extra prize money before time runs out!
Cal Athletics programs and their communities are competing against each other to top the leaderboards and earn additional prize money in the challenges outlined below. Updates for the Cal Student-Athlete Alumni Challenge will be posted daily (9 a.m., 12 p.m., and 5 p.m. PT) to specifically highlight the generosity of our former student-athletes.
New this year is the “Ambassador Challenge,” which awards the top three ambassadors with the most donors associated with their ambassador giving link by allowing them to direct additional prize money to the sport of their choice. Go For Gold is also embracing the You+2 Ambassador Challenge familiar from Big Give. Eligible participants in the You+2 Ambassador challenge will be entered in a drawing for the chance to win two tickets to a Cal home football game this season! (No purchase or donation required, UC Berkeley employees are not eligible to win, 1 entry per ambassador)
