Support the Benelux Program to foster connections between the university and the diverse and interconnected countries of Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
The influence of the small countries aligned along the North Sea coast — Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg (collectively known as simply Benelux) — is often underrated. The Benelux region represents the world’s fourth largest export economy. It is important to foster cooperation between UC Berkeley and this influential region. You can help us do so much:
- Foster contacts between Berkeley and universities in the Benelux
- Strengthen Berkeley’s academic, intellectual, and institutional ties to the Benelux
- Support teaching and research about topics relating to the Benelux from contemporary and historical perspectives
- Support the teaching of French, Dutch, and German
