Social Enterprise Clinic

Supporting the Social Enterprise Clinic helps law students build collective power in economically marginalized communities.

The Social Enterprise Clinic is a transactional law clinic that serves as outside counsel for social enterprise businesses — for-profit and nonprofit companies that use market-based strategies to address social and environmental issues. Students in the clinic explore the potential power and limitations of market-based methods and think critically about the relationships between law, business, and racial equity.

Your contribution helps increase the impact of the clinic and its students to advise mission-driven clients on a variety of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and analysis, corporate structure, and entity formation matters.
