Big Give is over, but you can still support your favorite programs.
QB3-Berkeley

Your support helps QB3-Berkeley scientists harness the quantitative sciences to make discoveries and develop new technologies, products, and industries.

Researchers at the California Institute for Quantitative Biosciences at Berkeley (QB3-Berkeley) harness the quantitative sciences of physics and engineering to unify our understanding of biological systems at all levels of complexity, from atoms and molecules to cells, tissues, and entire living organisms. Your gift enables us to continue this work.

QB3-Berkeley also:

  • Hosts symposia and lab social hour events
  • Provides startups with incubator lab space in Stanley Hall
  • Offers workshops, panels, and trainings through our Graduate and Postdoc Career Development office
  • Serves as the administrative home for UC Berkeley’s Biophysics graduate program
  • Facilitates a summer undergraduate biosciences internship program
  • Runs an undergraduate wet lab training class
  • Administers the Tang Scholars program, and more
