Power of a Princess brings character visits to children in need of Disney magic. We focus on bringing this magic to underserved communities. In just our first year of operation, we were able to deliver joy and happiness to over 125 children in three countries, providing 112 service hours to those in need. We continue to target our services towards low-income and disadvantaged groups. Another aspect that is key to our mission, is providing visibility of POC characters. It is essential to us that children see people who look like them as their heroes, so many of our traditionally non-POC princesses and characters are played by POC undergraduates. Overall, our biggest goal is to bring happiness to the children that need it most, and your support will help us do that by providing funding for costumes, events, and activities.
