Comparative Equality & Anti-Discrimination Law Ctr

Your support enables the center to convene academics, advocates, and activists from across the world to work together to address the problem of discrimination and inequality.

Through the multidisciplinary study and enforcement of anti-discrimination and comparative equality law, the Berkeley Center on Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law seeks to facilitate collaboration across the globe, nurture the work of emerging scholars — especially from underrepresented groups and developing countries — and seek innovative approaches to the problem of inequality.
