Human Rights Center

Your generosity allows us to apply innovative technologies and scientific methods to investigate war crimes and other serious violations of human rights.

The important work of the Human Rights Center (HRC) — winner of the MacArthur Award for Creative and Effective Institutions — is integral to the Berkeley Law public mission, promoting human rights and international justice and training the next generation of human rights researchers and advocates. Your support allows the center to recommend specific policy measures to protect vulnerable populations and hold perpetrators accountable; and to train advocates around the world, providing them with the skills and tools necessary to document human rights abuses and turn this information into effective action.
