For over 55 years, the Educational Opportunity Program at Berkeley has provided first-generation, low-income college students with the guidance and resources necessary to succeed at the best public university in the world. The Educational Opportunity Program:

  • Provides students with individualized academic counseling
  • Offers the comprehensive support services students need to gain the full Cal experience
  • Connects students to an extensive campus referral network
